Rocks and water come together to form a beautiful spot for quiet contemplation along the Middle Prong of the Little Pigeon River. The Middle Prong of the Little Pigeon River lies in the Northwest section of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee and is in Greenbrier Cove which is bounded by Mount LeConte and Mount Guyot.
About Jo Ann Gregg
Born in New Jersey but transplanted to Florida at the age of three, I now reside in Jensen Beach, Florida. I consider myself an opportunistic photographer, attracted by the composition of nature: green leaves against the bright blue sky, a yellow leaf floating on the dark water of a stream - colors, textures, patterns, light and shadow, or an unexpected encounter. As I continue to study the art of photography, I try to find new ways to highlight and show the beauty of nature.
